ОПИСАНИЕ
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework used by multiple Scrum teams, working on the same Product and sprinting synchronously. LeSS is NOT a congregation of many independent teams, working on unrelated products and doing their own sprinting, independently.
LeSS does not treat Scrum as a low-level foundation, on top of which additional framework layers are built. LeSS is based on principles of Scrum as they are described in “The Scrum Guide”. LeSS uses Scrum as a pivotal building block to scale large product development at enterprise level, by many teams, across multiple product areas, by de-scaling unnecessary organizational complexity that exists today in many companies. LeSS has deep roots in Lean and System Thinking and tightly coupled with understanding System Dynamics.
Aʙᴏᴜᴛ Tʜɪs Rᴇᴠɪᴇᴡ
This 1-day introduction and review is designed for individuals/organizations that already have solid experience with implementing basic Scrum and want to learn about LeSS, in a time-effective manner, to the extent that they can make educated decisions about LeSS, as a tool/method for improving system design and overall organizational agility.
If delivered internally (inside a company) it is recommended to cater LeSS review to whole feature team(s), along with their Product Owner(s), key business stakeholders and senior management. This will insure a stronger learning experience and shared understanding of the subject.
