Lviv BDA School announces the workshop solely dedicated to account management in business services context.
The workshop looks into common perceptions and misperceptions of account management, discusses client and supplier views on business relationships in services context and the role that account management plays in long-term cooperation. We also consider key accounts at the portfolio level, explore intersection between strategy and account management, and talk about account-specific strategies.
The participants will also gain insights on how the value of account management can be justified to organisation’s stakeholders, and what qualities the account managers are expected to develop.
This intense workshop will also cover 3 live cases through facilitated group discussions.
