Agile Program and Portfolio Management Management (ICP-PPM)

PCUBED in Association with AgileLAB are offering two 2-day ICAgile Certified Agile training courses in London. These two courses are accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). This advance course focuses on applying agile management principles beyond projects to programs, portfolios, and broader organisational contexts. The learning objectives take a methodology-neutral approach and course providers may teach key concepts using one of the industry-leading scaling frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and using a people-centric transformation approach. Participants will also learn about lean principles and how they apply to eliminate waste and maximise value-delivery across an organisation. Upon completing this certification, learners will know proven concepts for managing agile programs and portfolios as well as common pitfalls to avoid when implementing agile at scale. They will receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Program and Portfolio Management (ICP-PPM) personal certificate which is also recognised internationally. This is the first time that these world-class courses covering the latest ICAgile training materials have been publicly delivered in the UK.
