Would you like to learn how to create a BETTER business model? Join the Better Business Model Workshop organized by Impact Hub Berlin in collaboration with Business Model Toolbox. We will start with trying to understand the problem and defining the social impact and possible value propositions for different customer groups, and then we will challenge these first ideas with different business model patterns. At the end of the day we will have a first version of a business model and an outlook on what next steps to take (like creating a quick prototype). The conclusion of our session will be a reflection on what are the aspects of a better business design and how they affect the design of your business model. Moderation Frederike Beha works as a consultant for strategy, innovation and digital transformation with focus on business models, social collaboration and Design Thinking. She is the founder of the Business Model Toolbox – a platform for inspiration on better business model design and innovation. After her studies in business economics, followed by several years of professional experience as a strategy consultant, she started in 2010 to work as a freelance consultant for companies like Bayer and Deutsche Bahn as well as for different start-ups. She also holds a master’s degree in Leadership in Digital Communication. Besides consulting, Frederike works as a speaker, trainer and mentor for responsible Business Model Design.
