ОПИСАНИЕ
This spring is all about studying at CS@UCU: you're welcome to participate at the course of Business Process in IT with Bohdan Bereza (vice-president of Polish Association for Requirements Engineering). The course will teach what are business processes, how they can be analyzed, modeled, described, improved, implemented, deployed and measured.
For whom: For business process users, planners, implementers and improvers on all organization levels.
What will you learn:
• To identify business processes, even those which are hidden in opaque organizational structure, in misleading role names, in ostensibly chaotic practices or in discrepancies between official and de facto procedures
• To elicit business process information, by identifying, classifying and managing process stakeholders and by applying effective elicitation techniques
• To describe business processes using different modelling techniques
• To describe business processes using BPMN
• To analyse business processes: identify process weaknesses and bottlenecks, to measure process attributes, and to propose improvements
• To integrate process engineering work with organization’s continuous and process business activities
• To spread process literacy and awareness among process stakeholders
• To implement and deploy processes on various platforms and tools: IT, manual, and combined
