We are delighted to welcome our GUEST SPEAKERS: Tom Berger, VP Marketing at DigitalOcean, leads the Marketing teams at DigitalOcean including Brand, Demand Generation, Global Communications, Community and Product Marketing. He is responsible for driving customer acquisition efforts across all channels and building a brand and community that developers love. Prior to DigitalOcean, He held the position of VP of Digital Marketing at Progress Software where he was responsible for unifying the digital experience for customers to drive growth across all business units. He has held marketing leadership roles at Iron Mountain, SafeNet, and Ciena. He holds a B.F.A from Carnegie Mellon University. Ferdi van Heerden, Co-Founder of ReDI School of Digital Integration. Ferdi is a change agent and innovation consultant. A rich, multidisciplinary perspective with a focus on digital innovation drives his business and leadership strategy consulting approach. Over the past six years as a freelance consultant, he has served global clients such as Facebook, the New Zealand government (Trade and Enterprise), University of Helsinki and Microsoft. Prior to that he worked as a Business Designer at IDEO working extensively with teams in Munich, London and New York on a diverse range of innovation projects. Most recently he co-founded ReDI school of Digital Integration, recognised and promoted by Mark Zuckerberg and Angela Merkel. Ferdi holds a B.Com(Hons)Marketing from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. MODERATOR Jonas Knipper is the founder of Stackset Solutions (www.stackset.co), a consulting service that helps companies educate non-technical employees and managers about software development, APIs, cloud computing and the digital sphere in an accessible way. Jonas graduated with a degree in management and worked in business roles before launching Berlin’s first full-time code bootcamp, which has since refocused on corporate clients as Stackset.
