This workshop will dive into these questions and show your ways how to make your project successful and your life more balanced. This workshop is hosted by the Dragon Dreaming Institute, a training organisation, founded to support Entrepreneurs and Change-Makers with the Dragon Dreaming method, bridging sustainable project development with a mindful culture. DRAGON DREAMING a method that consider four phases: Dreaming, Planning, Doing and Celebrating. This method combines systemic theories, ancient wisdom, mindfulness exercises, participatory project development and proven management tools. A metamethodology which allows you to recognise strength and weakness of your project and helps you to include the full potential of your team in your existing project environment, while staying in contact with your project-environment. It is a method to find simple solutions while facing complex challenges. ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP Projects need tools that can support the team and the work which has to be done. A blueprint that can guide the processes, workflows, and milestones that are being reached. During this Introduction Workshop you will use the blueprint of Dragon Dreaming to dive into your holistic project design, to understand how you can best increase productivity and motivation in your project. This workshop will also zoom-in to one of the most important aspects behind Dragon Dreaming which is the human and purpose aspects. The culture, which will allow you and your team, in finding new solutions while living a meaningful life. YOU WILL GET An understanding of project cycles, and how it affects your work and life. Connection to the why of your project, and have a clear snapshot of the team’s ability and motivations. Tools to be productive and stay motivated when the workload gets heavy. An introduction to the theory, culture, communication technique and process of Dragon Dreaming. WHO THIS IS FOR Project team, that has recently launched or starting to grow. ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR Angel Hernandez is a coach, facilitator and entrepreneur and has worked with organizations all over the world to build and enhance impactful projects. He studied and practices wisdom teachings in different cultures and traditions, finding his path, which combines ancient wisdom with future focused innovations.
