*English below* Am 25. Mai 2018 ist die Uhr abgelaufen, die Umsetzungsphase der DSGVO endet und die Verordnung tritt endgültig in Kraft! Das Ziel der DSGVO ist es, Persönlichkeitsrechte im digitalen Raum zu stärken. Dazu gehören neben Transparenz bei der Erhebung und der Verwendung personenbezogener Daten auch das grundsätzliche Recht an den eigenen Daten und der Anspruch auf vollständige Löschung. Weitere Rechte sind Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit, Auskunfts- und Widerspruchsrecht oder Einschränkung. Egal, ob Ihr Fokus im Tagessgeschäft im Bereich Marketing, Vertrieb, Personal oder Finanzen liegt - Unternehmen müssen sich sputen, die gesetzlichen Vorgaben pünktlich umzusetzen. Ansonsten drohen Bußgelder von bis zu 20 Millionen Euro beziehungsweise zwei bis vier Prozent des Vorjahresumsatzes. Im schlimmsten Fall drohen sogar Haftstrafen. An inclusion as a data innovator for a number of the smart city initiatives signals the next steps as her company which was recognised in 2015 with an IoT international tech trailblazer award. Jacqui's first book “Mapping the Future” and a second publication in February 2015 FOI 10 years on looks at the contribution of data journalists to democracy using data. The new PhD primer for journalism has articulated the global future of the data journalism industry she co-founded. In November 2014 the Digital Enlightenment Forum book Jacqui articulated her vision for the role Open Data can play in the making of Open Policy. An expert lead for the British Standards Institute team on ISO eStandards for Smart Cities. As technical author for the latest UK Smart City standard she will articulate the future role of UK data and its value in the domain. Roberto Negro Roberto is the WE CX Solution Lead for Data Management, Data Quality & Governance. He’s the go-to guy for Oracle in EMEA on Master Data Management and Data Governance. He evangelizes customers, partners and colleagues on those subject matters. He’s also the author of several Master Data Management White Papers and Value Propositions for many key industries.Very passionate about technology and how technology can improve our lives both at work and at home, he’s an accomplished professional with 30+ years'​ business and IT experience, a very solid technical and business background and good managerial skills. Roberto is inherently a start-upper. He strongly contributed to Oracle Applications startup in Italy and Oracle MDM startup in EMEA, while maturing a vast experience collaborating with different Oracle Tech and Apps teams working on 1300+ sales opportunities with big multinational accounts as well as medium companies around EMEA on all 20+ industries including Public Sector, Telecom, Retail, Oil & Gas, SCM/Logistics, Utilities, across 40+ countries. Benjamin Rohé Since the age of 15, Benjamin has been working in the tech, renewable energy, and digital industry founding several companies and becoming an active early-stage investor in 2007. He has also advised DAX companies in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. Jovan Stevovic Jovan Stevovic is co-founder and CEO of Chino.io, an application development platform that helps digital health companies to solve security and data protection issues and create secure health apps. The idea of Chino.io originates from Jovan’s 5+ years’ experience in health IT industry and research at University of Trento, where he got his PhD in 2014.
