GTEC is thrilled to be hosting our next Open Lecture speaker, Constanze Buchheim, Managing Director and Founder of i-potentials!
Having spent the last 10 years in the German Digital Network, Constanze has accompanied the growth of the most well-known startups and digital players in Germany (among them Delivery Hero, Tinder, Adidas, KaufDa, MisterSpex, Celonis, Thermondo) and thus became an acknowledged expert for recruiting & leadership topics in the Digital Age, sharing her expertise as an author, business angel, speaker and advisor for German politics.
Constanze will be discussing how companies grow with their founders - a company can grow only to the extent its leaders do. GTEC Open Lectures are a chance for entrepreneurs to share their personal stories and insights into growing their companies, and we cannot wait to learn more about Constanze's experiences.
