Discussion in smaller groups: What is the gender division in your team? Why so? Is it important to get women and girls interested in IT? What are the reasons? Consequences? 3. Ideation in groups: What I can do and what has to be done to increase number of women in the digital/IT sector? Idea presentation in written format.
