The quality of DataArt thinking, our energy, and the levels of education are themselves transformational in the industry — an industry in desperate need of transformation. I will be describing the reasons behind the incredibly high failure rates in western banking; the process by which they end up doing the wrong projects wrong; and why and how the IT is a mess. I will be describing how we have moved from team augmentation into full Accenture-like consulting, selling long term partnerships to the real C-suite. I will be describing what that means for our own culture and practices and why it is so attractive to potential recruits. In effect I will be raising the bar on what people can achieve in our industry.
