Time Out is the trusted global platform that inspires and enables people to experience the best of the city. About the topic: Secrets, such as passwords and API keys, always require careful management to avoid leaking them to the world. At Time Out we're using some simple AWS services to keep them without needing any extra servers of our own using our open source tool Treehugger. This uses KMS for encryption/decryption, and allows both developers and EC2 instances to access just the secrets they should be allowed to. This event will be conducted in English.
