Before that he was involved in creating software in various roles - as a developer, project and product manager as well as UX designer. He has created the original version of Loft37.pl online shop - the hottest Polish startup in fashion industry. He is experienced web developer and lecturer who specialize in PHP. Fussy as a baby, inquisitive as a kid, now focused and precise. Have friends in spite of that. Six years of experience in project management - still do not want to give it all up and become a handsome billionaire. Carried out projects for Unilever, NIVEA, IKEA, Drogerie Markt, Colgate-Palmolive, Canson, Vision Express, and many other companies. Loves agile, fanboy of Redmine and Kanban tools, intrested in visual management. Remigiusz Dudek - Luxoft Poland Operations C&S Derivatives IT Remigiusz Dudek a memeber of a mature Agile team and a trainer with expertise in Agile and QA areas. He's been involved in QA aspects of a software development and people training for almost a decade. He worked in various positions starting from developer through tester to test leader, project manager and various software development models (like RUP, Scrum, Kanban). Through his career he acquired an ability to look at a problem from many different perspectives and choose the optimal solution. Currently he's been working in Luxoft company in a Kanban team with primary role of a Quality Engineer for last 2 years.
