About:
Adam D'Angelo is the chief executive officer and co-founder of Quora. Based in Mountain View, California, Quora is an online knowledge-market which aims to make information sharing easier. D'Angelo graduated in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology. Prior to Quora, he was chief technology officer at Facebook from the very beginning until 2008.
In June 2009, Adam founded Quora with Charlie Cheever, another early Facebook employee. Quora is a question-and-answer site where questions are asked, answered, edited and organized by their community of users. Users can collaborate by editing questions and suggesting edits to other users' answers. Quora was reported to have received Series D funding in April 2017, giving it a valuation of $1.8 billion.
