We're running our first International Hiring Tournament to find the best Customer Support Principals around the world on Saturday, October 14.

This full-day event will include live testing in a transparent, gamified, and competitive process. The tournament will be limited to candidates with the following qualifications:
• 3+ years experience as a front-line agent in a high-volume contact center
• Experience performing tech support tasks for B2C or B2B customers
• Well-versed in current software support practices and tools including: troubleshooting, virtual environments, issue tracking, log investigation, build testing, and ticket management
• Strong oral/written communication skills in English (Additional languages are strongly preferred: German, French, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Cantonese & Thai)
