We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on Saturday, November 18, to hire remote Chief Software Architects and Software Architects with hands-on development experience in Ruby on Rails.

This 5-hour event will include live testing in a transparent, gamified, and competitive process. Pass all the tournament stages, and you could end up with a remote job!
The tournament will be limited to senior software talent with:
• Experience with Ruby on Rails development and architecture
• A ruthless commitment to quality: must write unit testing on both back end and front end
• Ability to communicate clearly regarding complex issues (in English)
• Understanding of: the syntax of Ruby and its nuances, object-oriented programming, functional programming style in Ruby
• Skills for writing reusable Ruby libraries that may be used in expressive ways
• Proficiency in the following skills and technologies: JavaScript frameworks; HTML and CSS; MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful APIs; RSpec and Cucumber test frameworks

After you have completed your registration, we will follow up with a link to the tournament platform. You will have all day Saturday to complete your testing; you should allow yourself 5 hours to finish. Then, all passers will be contacted for a final interview.
