Come join a network of activists, artists, and entrepreneurs interested in addressing one of the most urgent social problems Berlin: the Refugee Challenge.
50 million people globally have been forced to flee as refugees Their homes, leaving behind Their schools, jobs, and communities. One way is to treat the reality as a problem, but another way is to perceive it as on opportunity for innovation and creative expression. The goal of this initiative is to treat the challenge as to opportunity for bringing about a new culture of lifelong learning for refugees and, more importantly, with refugees.
Using IDEO's award winning design approach, we will practice design thinking by working on OpenIDEO's global Refugee Education Challenge: How might we improve learning and expand education opportunities for refugees around the world?
