The user-facing part of the product is just as important as the concrete, narrowly specialized details of back-end implementation for the general success of the product. Given this, our success depends on everyone, from the CEO to interns, clearly understanding all aspects of the product. How do we build an engineering organization to enable product management at all levels of the org?
