Professional English Writing Course [2 months] | I coworking hub
“People who think well, write well... Good writing is not a natural gift. You have to learn to write well.”
David Ogilvy, Founder of Ogilvy & Mather
Learn to write clearly, concisely, and authoritatively with Professional English Writing.
Instructor: Russell Snyder
Russell is the Online Content Manager at Webinerds and a freelance copyeditor. A graduate of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, USA, Russell majored in International Relations and took minors in both Russian and Computer Science. He is completing a Master’s in Central and Eastern European studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
Over the past few years Russell has independently studied writing and principles of style, and has consciously worked to improve his own writing skills. It is not because he is a native speaker of English that Russell is qualified to teach a course on professional writing, but rather because he values the written word and wishes to share this passion with others.
Method of Instruction: This course will be comprised of lectures, writing assignments, and in-class workshops based on those writing assignments. Students are expected to write three 700-word pieces in addition to some shorter tasks.
This course is designed for:
Entrepreneurs, marketing specialists, sales managers and freelancers who work with Western European and/or American markets.
Students who are interested in studies abroad or would like to improve their English writing skills for future employment.
