Only that there is a dark side to it as well. Founding a company is not only your entry into the world of potential fortune, but also into the sinister Realm of Legal Constraints and Tax Requirements. It's bad enough when you're freelancing and need to acquaint yourself with Umsatzsteuervorauszahlung and the like. But getting a company started means that from now on, you will have to take legal and taxation care not only for yourself, but also for the entity you're founding (UG? GmbH? GmbH & Co KG?) - AND its employees, co-founders, and service providers.
