Here are the three heroes for the night:
1. Sabīne Pole, Co-founder and COO at Sorry as a Service
Speaking about her journey building Sorry as a Service - lessons learnt, mistakes made and successes celebrated.
2. Līva Biseniece, Head of moderation, safety and customer care teams at ASKfm
Liva joined ASKfm in 2014 to stabilise the company's reputation and work with international media. Three years later, and after two acquisitions, she heads the ASKfm moderation, safety and customer care teams. Get to know her journey in the company.
3. Ilze Zaharane, Founder and CEO at CheeksUp
No need to be a tech guy to start a company in the ICT sector.
You will hear about Ilze's journey from the health care profession and her work with patients to startups, tech and fundraising. Growing and learning track with ups and downs, failures and serendipities.
