Hi all, get ready for our next meet up, which will be dedicated to user experience design! Let's learn about design principles that are crucial to making user-friendly technology. First speaker, Liga Letina will tell us about “Why you should test your design with at least one user”. Liga is one of the few (and the most experienced) User Experience professionals in Latvia, UX Riga conference founder and curator. For last 5 years she has been building digital products and solutions, based on extensive user research, for market leaders in FinTech (insurance & banking & fin-tech startups), telco as well as for government institutions as a consultant as well as in inhouse. As a local User Experience design evangelist Liga loves to spread the idea of the great added value and business benefit user experience design approach gives to any product or business. Second speaker is Alise Semjonova . Alise will share overview of UX tools we can all use in our everyday work. Alise is the Co-founder and UX designer of Infogram, a data visualization platform with a mission to create and deliver tools for people to tell and understand the stories behind data. Alise has witnessed Infogram’s growth from day one while working on continuous improvements and studying overall user reaction, which spiked interest in user experience, technology acceptance and human digital product design. Alise’s background is in Graphic Design, but after her passion had grown in digital product development, she pursued attaining her Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction. Recently Alise has been listed on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list, media category. ------------------------------------------------ Drinks and snacks will be served.
