**SKILLS BRAKEFAST – FOSTER MINDFULLNES**
Do you feel like you’re eaten-up by your never ending to-do list? Having a hard time to stress down?
Then join our skills breakfast and learn how to foster mindfulness in your life. The event is hosted by our own member Stephan Nagel who is an expert in positive psychology. Mindfulness allows us to recognize our own thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We all have a hard time to do that sometimes, let’s tackle it by having a mindful breakfast together. While preparing and eating a healthy breakfast he will discuss what mindfulness means and you will learn how to apply it in your daily life.
Get up, put a smile on your face and come by Impact Hub Berlin on Tuesday 28th at 9am. We recommend you to not eat before, we will have an exercise closely related to our delicious breakfast.
