// GET READY: STARTUP WEEKEND HAMBURG IS BACK // From November 10th to 12th 2017 Startup Weekend Hamburg will take you from a Wantrepreneur to an Entrepreneur – for the first time in a special Fintech edition as part of the official Fintech Week Hamburg! >>> If you are a designer, developer, marketer, product manager or startup enthusiast enthusiastic about fintech, this event is for you. Ever wondered what it takes to be an entrepreneur? The professional and personal challenges, the high and lows, the failures and the success? And you want to especially join the Hamburg Fintech movement? // WHY FINTECH? // In the last years Hamburg has also established a flourishing FinTech scene whose players are pushing innovation forward. Not least because of the great success of Fintech Week Hamburg, happening again from 6.-10th of November 2017 – the week before Startup Weekend starts – with more than 40 events and 1,000 visitors. // THIS IS WHAT YOU GET // It’s a 54 hour journey of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. Beginning with open mic pitches on Friday, you are invited to bring your best idea and inspire others to join your team. Of course you don’t have to present an own idea. There will be many teams in need of your skills. Over Saturday and Sunday your team focuses on customer development, validating ideas, practicing Lean Startup Methodologies and building a minimal viable product. Saturday afternoon the teams will be supported by Jedi mentors, who are experts in their fields.
