Tech for Good Meetup: Apps for Good

Can apps really serve as tools for empowerment? Just returning from SXSW, Sebastian Stricker and his app 'Share the Meal' were nominated (and won!) for the Interaction Innovation Award. Sebastian will tell us about the idea behind the UN World Food Programme backed Share the Meal, his experience at SXSW, and give an overview of different apps (for good) that have excited him over the years. Following, there will be a slot for one-minute pitches for anyone interested in presenting an App for Good.
