TechHub Riga Meetup (FREE for all to attend)

This month we have a special guest visiting us from Denmark, Tine Thygesen, CEO of Everplaces. Tine is an experienced entrepreneur working now to build her new startup, having grown the international business of 23 (video collaboration company) previously. She is also a long-time driver of the entrepreneurship scene in Denmark, serves on the board of the Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship and contributor to a Danish government thinktank on entrepreneurship. Tine is also a frequent mentor at Seedcamp, HackFwd and Startup Bootcamp, as well as a regular speaker at conferences and events. Uldis Zariņš from National Library of Latvia will tell about Hack4Europe 2012 - competition to develop the best application on specified themes based on the Europeana API -dates, who should participate, where to apply, jury, prizes etc. And of course there is going to be a pitch session. So prepare your 3 minute pitches! We will have free beer as usual to soften up the networking conversations!
