// THE DETAILS //
Curious what we're going to talk about? Well, some have argued that humans are fundamentally competitive and that pursuing self-interest is the best way to get ahead. Others claim that humans are born to cooperate and that we are most successful when we collaborate with others. At the event, we will explain why this debate misses the mark, and why ALL of our relationships are characterised by cooperation AND competition.
Based on hundreds of social science studies and thousands of interviews and discussions from across the globe, Adam Galinsky has distilled the scientific essence of what it means to be an inspiring leader into three factors. So be ready, after this talk, to INSPIRE others—and yourself—on a daily basis.
