Validation Camp is designed to help hackers to understand customer development. Participants learn how to seek demand and, accordingly, iterate/pivot their products, based on customer insights. It offers a roadmap for the quest to “make something people want” and participating teams are expected to have an idea (a problem-solution hypothesis to test) as a starting point.

• Lunch-break & Practice: Conducting a few hypothesis-driven, user-centric interviews
14:30-17:30
• Extracting and Mapping Customer Insights, defining UVP
• Generating Minimum Viable Product (MVP) options with 6-up
• From UVP to USP, Smoke Tests and how to reach the persona on a larger scale
• Understanding the Hyper Responsive Buyer (HRB) in order to iterate/pivot the software product.
