Are you questioning what do you do for work and thinking of a change? Are you in a transition phase and insecure about which way to take? Do you miss a long-term vision of a work that fulfills you? Serving the world while living our strengths and passions is extremely rewarding. However, finding the own way to do so is not easy. Zoom out from the daily rush and join us for this creative workshop. You will learn about the professional map canvas, draw your standpoint and reflect with other participants. Majka developed the professional map and supported people as a coach and moderator to reflect on their professional development during several workshops in Spain and Switzerland. Majka is developing a handbook for Changemakers to support them designing for behaviour change effectively.
