ОПИСАНИЕ
During the webinar we will:
1. Discuss what is coaching and self-coaching in general, what is similarity and what is difference, when to use coaching and when it is possible to enhance the situation with self-coaching;
2. Talk over an approach for decision-making, what questions and actions can help us to decide on a situation;
3. Find out how to change emotional state, when you stuck in some emotions or feelings;
4. Realize how to change unwilling behavior pattern (bad habits) and understand, why it represents the way it does;
5. Discover how to prepare for new experience (presentation, conference, etc.), how to mitigate stress and anxiety;
