In 2050 according to a new UN study two out of three world’s citizen will be living in cities representing almost 80 % of the world’s population. To feed this sufficiently, the methods of food production must change to cover the demand for fresh food in mega cities. WTF/FTW* stands for an event series initiated by betahaus Hamburg. It deals with specific trends and so­called hypes. The events take place at betahaus Hamburg and every edition has a particular hype as a top issue. The focus is on high quality content and multifaceted consideration of the subject plus real value for the audience.
