LvCS Machine Learning School

Lviv Machine Learning School is organized by faculty of applied science at Ukrainian Catholic University. It continues the initiative of the Data Science summer school. School’s participants – the students, PhD candidates, young professionals – will study the methods of the machine learning in the problem domains of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. The school’s courses will be problem-oriented, i.e. study process will be based on the real-world problems and their solutions via machine learning approach. The participants will gain solid theoretical knowledge as well as a lot of practical work. Every course means to have a project work. Please notice that participant’s knowledge level should be medium or higher. The students have to be familiar with the basic machine learning methods. The LvCS Machine Learning School dates are January 15-22, 2017. The participants have to choose one track: Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing.
